On power adapters, Ruijie's terms say: Ruijie provides a 1-year warranty for the power adapter included with Reyee series devices. The warranty start date is consistent with the device warranty start date based on the device S/N (Serial number).
What happens if a Ruijie product fails
For Reyee products, Ruijie's warranty summary lists a One-to-One Replacement Service. In Ruijie's words: After a product failure occurs, you will receive a replacement product of the similar kind, quality, and value.
Ruijie adds that the replacement will be finished within 15 work days upon reception of the defective product
