You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout. Orders can also be placed by phone if you require assistance. All orders are subject to acceptance and payment confirmation before dispatch. 

If your product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or does not perform as advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. Free warehouse pickup is available from our Blackburn location. Orders must be placed in advance, and collection is available during business hours (Monday to Friday). Please allow time for picking and packing, and contact us to confirm your order is ready before arriving.
