Stock, shipping & pickup

Is your stock actually in Australia?

Yes — 1,600+ product lines are in stock across warehouses in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA and SA, and every product page on our site shows live stock levels. Orders dispatch from the nearest warehouse with stock.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked lines dispatch quickly from the nearest warehouse, and metro deliveries typically arrive within a few business days. Exact shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout — see shipping & delivery for details.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes — we deliver to every Australian state and territory. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your postcode, the size and weight of your order, and courier availability.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — free pickup is available from 6 George Street, Blackburn VIC 3130 on stocked lines, Monday to Friday during business hours. Please order in advance and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

We're an online store with a free pickup counter at 6 George Street, Blackburn VIC 3130 — order online first and collect once we confirm it's ready. There's no walk-in showroom, but our Melbourne team is on 1300 100 440 for product advice before you buy.

Pricing, trade & projects

Do you price match?

We'll do our best to match lower advertised prices from authorised Australian retailers. The product must be identical and in stock at the competitor; marketplace listings such as eBay or Amazon, international sellers, and clearance or bundle pricing don't qualify, and a matched price can't be combined with other promotions or Buy Now, Pay Later payments. Submit a request through our price match page — we can't always match, as some discounts would put a product below our cost.

Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?

Yes — installers, integrators and MSPs can open a trade account. Approved accounts receive trade pricing across the full range, plus volume and project pricing on larger orders.

Do you offer project pricing?

Yes — for larger jobs we offer project and volume pricing across all 19 brands. Email your requirements to info@arcip.com.au and our team will come back with a quote.

What counts as a project for project pricing?

There's no fixed minimum, but project pricing typically applies to jobs beyond a single off-the-shelf system — for example a building fitout with a dozen cameras and switching, Wi-Fi for a venue, or a multi-site rollout. If you're unsure, email the brief to info@arcip.com.au and we'll tell you straight away.

Can you help design my project?

For larger projects, yes — email us the brief and, on qualifying jobs, our team will help with system design, a full parts list and volume pricing.

Do you install security cameras or networks?

ARC IP Networks is the product side of the business — we supply the equipment, backed by product advice and configuration guidance, and many of our customers are the installers and electricians doing the work. For larger projects, when you want the job delivered end to end — design, deployment, commissioning and ongoing management — our sister company ARC DATA does exactly that.

Do you supply CCTV and intercoms for apartment buildings and strata?

Yes — ARC IP Networks supplies CCTV, video intercoms, door access and building networks (including GPON fibre-to-the-apartment) for apartment buildings, strata and body corporates across Australia, with project pricing and staged supply for building upgrades.

Do you handle small jobs as well as large ones?

Yes — we supply everything from a single camera or access point for a home or shop, through enterprise and campus networks, up to carrier-grade GPON and wireless infrastructure for ISPs. Small orders ship from stock like any online purchase; larger jobs get project pricing.

Can you supply large or multi-site rollouts?

Yes — ARC IP Networks supports multi-site deployments across Australia with staged dispatch, serial numbers tracked per site, and one account manager across the whole rollout. Qualifying project orders may also include free shipping.

Which industries do you supply?

ARC IP Networks supplies and prices projects Australia-wide for hotels and resorts, caravan and holiday parks, retail and hospitality, education, warehousing and logistics, construction, healthcare, real estate and strata, plus MSPs, ISPs and WISPs — alongside homes and small businesses every day.

Do you have solutions for sites with no internet or no electricity?

Yes — ARC IP Networks stocks off-grid solutions in Australia for exactly that: solar-powered 4G security cameras that need no cabling, mains power or internet connection, solar panel and battery kits, 4G/LTE routers and hotspots, industrial solar-powered PoE switches, and wireless point-to-point bridges that carry a network link between sites kilometres apart. They're used on construction sites, farms, rural properties and remote infrastructure Australia-wide, shipped from Australian stock — search solar or 4G in the shop, or ask us for a recommendation.

Do you work with MSPs, ISPs and WISPs?

Yes — MSPs and integrators can open a trade account for trade pricing, and we stock carrier-grade equipment for Australian service providers: GPON OLTs and ONUs, licensed and unlicensed backhaul, and WISP infrastructure at volume.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes — all prices shown on arcip.com.au include GST, and every order comes with a full GST tax invoice.

GPON, fibre & FTTX

Do you sell GPON and fibre optic equipment?

Yes — we stock active GPON equipment (OLTs and ONUs/ONTs) and the passive ODN that connects them: splitters, FAT and FDB enclosures, patch leads and fibre cable. Browse the fibre ranges in our online shop.

What is FTTX / optical LAN, and when should I use it?

FTTX (fibre-to-the-X) or optical LAN replaces copper cabling with a single fibre backbone split passively to each room or building. It suits sites with long cable runs or many endpoints — hotels, caravan parks, apartment buildings and campuses — where it's cheaper per connected room than copper at scale, immune to distance limits, and simpler to expand.

Can you design a GPON or fibre-to-the-room network?

Yes — for qualifying projects ARC IP Networks designs FTTX and optical LAN networks in Australia for hotels, holiday parks, MDUs and campuses, from the head-end to the wall socket, through our sister company ARC DATA. Email the site details to info@arcip.com.au to get started.

Do you supply networks for hotels and holiday parks?

Yes — hospitality sites are a specialty. ARC IP Networks supplies the equipment — GPON/optical LAN backbones, guest Wi-Fi, cameras and door access — with project pricing, and our sister company ARC DATA delivers these and many other hospitality solutions end to end, from design to deployment.

Who installs and supports a fibre network you design?

We deliver the complete solution — design, supply, deployment, commissioning and ongoing remote management — through our sister company ARC DATA. One team takes the network from the head-end to the wall socket and keeps supporting it after handover, so you're never coordinating between a designer, a supplier and an installer.

Payments & security

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and direct bank transfer — see payment options. Every order includes a GST tax invoice.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes — the site uses HTTPS encryption throughout, and payments are processed by trusted external payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Warranty & returns

What warranty do your products come with?

Every product carries the full Australian manufacturer warranty, because we only sell stock from authorised Australian distribution. Warranty claims are handled locally — contact us and we manage the RMA with the Australian distributor, with no need to ship anything overseas. See warranty & support.

How do I return a product?

If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality or doesn't perform as advertised, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns & warranty policy for instructions before sending anything back.
