Yealink's DECT office headsets differ mainly in wearing style and base: the WH62 is a headband (mono or dual), the WH63 is convertible (ear hook, headband or neckband), the WH64 adds Bluetooth for mobiles to its DECT base, and the WH66 and WH67 add a 4" touch-screen base with speakerphone (WH66 headband, WH67 convertible). For most Australian offices we recommend the WH63 or WH64.
ARC IP Networks is a trusted Yealink supplier in Australia: genuine Yealink stock with the full manufacturer's warranty, delivered Australia-wide at competitive prices, with local pre-sales help for businesses, installers and IT providers.

How to choose
Wearing style
Headband models (WH62, WH64, WH66) are the most stable for all-day wear. Convertible models (WH63, WH67) ship with an ear hook, a headband and a neckband so each user picks the fit; they are lighter and suit reception desks and shared headsets.
Mono or dual
Mono keeps one ear free for the room; dual blocks more office noise. Yealink marks these M and D in the model code.
Base
The standard base connects to a Yealink desk phone and a PC over USB and charges the headset. The WH64 base adds Bluetooth, so the same headset answers a mobile. The WH66 and WH67 bases add a 4" touch screen that shows calls and contacts and works as a desktop speakerphone, which effectively replaces a desk phone for a softphone user.
UC or Teams
Buy the MS version if the headset is mainly for Microsoft Teams on a PC; buy UC for Yealink desk phones, 3CX, Zoom and hosted VoIP. See our full headset guide for Bluetooth and wired options too.
Compatibility with Yealink phones
All WH-series bases connect to Yealink T4U and T5W desk phones with the supplied cable and give remote answer and hang-up. For T3-series phones use the EHS35 adapter. Which of these models we currently stock varies; the WH63 E2 and WH64 are our everyday recommendations.

Common questions
Straight answers from the ARC IP Networks team. Last reviewed October 2026.
The WH62 is a headband headset in mono or dual versions; the WH63 is a convertible headset that ships with an ear hook, headband and neckband. Both use a standard DECT base that connects to a desk phone and PC.
The WH64 base adds Bluetooth, so the headset connects to a desk phone and PC over DECT and to a mobile phone over Bluetooth, covering all three on one headset.
Their base has a 4-inch touch screen and a built-in speakerphone, so it shows calls and contacts and can be used hands-free without the headset. The WH66 uses a headband headset; the WH67 is convertible.
Yes. The base connects to Yealink T4U and T5W phones with the supplied cable for remote answer and hang-up. T3-series phones need the EHS35 adapter.
MS versions are certified for Microsoft Teams and have a Teams button; UC versions work with Yealink desk phones, 3CX, Zoom and hosted VoIP softphones. The hardware is otherwise the same.
For a desk-based user who walks around the office, yes: DECT gives longer range through walls, does not compete with Wi-Fi and connects to a desk phone natively. Bluetooth suits laptop and mobile users.
