CyberPower FAQ

Straight answers from the ARC IP Networks team.

Yes. ARC IP Networks is an authorised CyberPower reseller and supplies genuine CyberPower rack enclosures, open frame racks and rack accessories from Australian stock.

Choose the height from your equipment in rack units (24U, 42U or 48U), then the depth: 1070 mm or 1200 mm deep enclosures, 600 or 750 mm wide. Each product page lists the maximum mounting depth and weight capacity.

KD models such as the CR24U11001KD and CR42U11001KD have a knock-down package style: they ship flat-packed rather than fully assembled. ARC IP lists them under the codes CR24U11001FP and CR42U11001FP.

An open frame rack has no doors or side panels. An enclosure adds them: CyberPower enclosures have perforated doors for ventilation and doors and side panels with keyed-alike locks.

CyberPower lists pre-installed casters and levelling feet on its server rack enclosures such as the CR42U11003; separate caster kits rated to 250 kg and 340 kg are also available. Check the features list on each product page.

Yes. ARC IP Networks delivers Australia-wide from Australian stock, with trade and project pricing for installers and integrators.
