FAQ

Microsoft 365 questions, answered

Straight answers from the ARC IP Networks team.

Yes. ARC IP Networks is an authorised Microsoft CSP reseller in Australia. We supply Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Copilot and security licences through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, with local support.

Choose your plan and number of users and check out. We then contact you to link your existing Microsoft 365 tenant or create a new one, and the licences are provisioned to your tenant ready to assign to your staff.

Plan 1 has a 50 GB mailbox and 50 GB archive. Plan 2 has a 100 GB mailbox, an auto-expanding archive up to 1.5 TB, and adds data loss prevention, In-Place and Litigation Hold, inactive mailboxes and Cloud Voicemail.

Both include the desktop Office apps, email, 1 TB OneDrive and Teams. Business Premium adds Intune Plan 1, Defender for Business, Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, Entra ID access controls, Purview information protection and data loss prevention, and a larger auto-expanding email archive.

Yes. If your organisation already has a Microsoft 365 tenant, we link it to ARC IP Networks as your CSP reseller and add the licences to it, so your users, mailboxes and files stay where they are.

Prices are for a 12-month subscription, per user (Teams Rooms Pro is per room), paid up front. The monthly figure shown is the annual price divided by 12. Monthly billing is available on request through a quote.

Under Microsoft's New Commerce terms, a subscription can only be cancelled in the first seven days of its term. After that the 12-month commitment applies; you can add licences during the term and reduce them from the next renewal.
