All three are Yealink Prime Business phones with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dual Gigabit ports. Choose the T53W for a wireless-capable phone on a budget (12 lines, 3.7" greyscale), the T54W for most desks (16 lines, 4.3" colour), and the T57W when a 7" touch screen is worth it (executives, reception, anyone who dislikes soft keys).
ARC IP Networks is a trusted Yealink supplier in Australia: genuine Yealink stock with the full manufacturer's warranty, delivered Australia-wide at competitive prices, with local pre-sales help for businesses, installers and IT providers.

What is actually different
Screen
This is the real decision. The T53W's greyscale display is clear and tilts to suit the user, but it shows less at a glance. The T54W's colour screen makes busy-lamp fields, contact photos and call history easier to read. The T57W replaces soft keys with a 7" touch screen that works like a tablet: swipe through pages of keys, tap a contact, drag a call. People who hate menu-diving love it.
Lines
Twelve versus sixteen matters only for reception or team leads who monitor many extensions. Add an EXP50 module to any of the three and the difference disappears.
Everything else is the same
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit pass-through, USB headset support, PoE, EHS headset control and the Yealink Device Management platform are identical across the three, so you can mix them on one site and manage them the same way.

Common questions
Straight answers from the ARC IP Networks team. Last reviewed October 2026.
Only if the user wants a touch screen. The T57W's 7-inch touch display is its sole major advantage over the T54W; lines, wireless, ports and audio are the same. For executives and front desks it is worth it; for a standard desk the T54W is better value.
No. The T53W has a 3.7-inch greyscale display with adjustable tilt. The T54W is the colour-screen version with 16 lines instead of 12.
Yes. All three Prime Business phones have built-in dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, so none of them needs a USB dongle for wireless.
Yes. They run the same firmware family, provision the same way and are managed together in Yealink's device management platform, so mixing models by desk is normal practice.
All three take the Yealink EXP50 colour expansion module, up to three modules each, for reception and switchboard use.
The T57W if the receptionist handles high call volumes, because tapping contacts and transferring on the touch screen is faster than soft keys. The T54W with an EXP50 module is the lower-cost alternative.
