The Room Bar (CS-BAR-T-K9) suits huddle rooms of up to 5 people within 3 metres; the Room Bar Pro (CS-BARPRO-K9) and Board Pro G2 (Board Pro 55 G2, Board Pro 75 G2) cover small to medium rooms; Room Kit EQ (CS-KIT-EQ-K9) is built for boardrooms and training rooms with up to three screens. The Room Navigator is the touch controller and booking panel. On RoomOS they join Webex natively with video interoperability for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, or run Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android.

Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom: what Cisco actually says
This is the question most Australian buyers ask first, because many offices run Teams or Zoom rather than Webex. Cisco describes two modes for the Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, Board Pro G2 and Room Kit EQ:
- Cisco Rooms on RoomOS: the device joins Webex meetings natively and has video interoperability for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android: the device runs as a native Teams Rooms system. Cisco notes the Board Pro G2 and Room Kit EQ can still join full-featured Webex meetings in this mode.
The Room Navigator is certified as a Microsoft Teams Rooms Console and Teams Panel. For rooms that only ever use a laptop, the Room Bar BYOD is simpler: the laptop hosts the meeting over one USB-C cable, so Cisco describes it as working with any meeting the laptop runs.
Cloud-registered devices are managed in Webex Control Hub. Cisco also supports on-premises registration to Cisco Unified CM (12.5 or later) or Expressway for the Room Bar, Board Pro G2 and Room Kit EQ. For the Room Bar and Room Bar Pro, Cisco lists registration under a Cisco Device Subscription, monthly or on 1 to 5-year terms, and we quote it with the hardware.
Huddle and small rooms: Room Bar and Room Bar BYOD
The Room Bar packs a 12MP wide-angle camera with auto framing and speaker tracking, stereo speakers and a beamforming microphone array into a 53.4 cm bar. Cisco optimises it for up to 5 people within 3 metres, and recommends an external microphone above that. Two HDMI outputs drive one or two screens, and wireless sharing works through the Webex app, Miracast and Apple AirPlay. The bundles differ only in the Room Navigator: CS-BAR-T-K9 includes the table-stand version and CS-BAR-W-K9 the wall-mount version, both in First Light (white); CS-BAR-T-C-K9 is the Carbon Black table version. The CS-BAR-NR-K9 is the no-radio model; Cisco notes Bluetooth and Miracast are not available on it. A camera privacy cover is in the box, which helps with privacy expectations in shared offices.
The CS-BAR-L-UK9 Room Bar BYOD drops the Navigator and connects to a laptop over USB-C. Cisco states it can be upgraded to the full Room Bar experience later by adding a Room Navigator. Cisco covers the Room Bar with a 1-year limited liability warranty.
Medium rooms: Room Bar Pro or Board Pro G2
The Room Bar Pro pairs a 112° wide-angle and a 70° tele lens, both 48 MP, reaching participants up to 7 metres away in a two-person frame, with a 16-element microphone array that covers people within 4 metres. It has three HDMI outputs and two PoE ports for AV peripherals, connects up to 8 Cisco IP microphones, and adds presenter tracking with a Cisco PTZ 4K Camera. Cisco states a 90-day limited liability warranty.
The Board Pro G2 is a video system and digital whiteboard in one: a 4K multi-touch display (55" or 75" no-radio), dual 48MP cameras, a 14-element microphone array and two active pens with Webex Whiteboard, or Microsoft Whiteboard in Teams Rooms mode. Cisco recommends external table or ceiling microphones where people sit more than 4 metres away. It suits project rooms, university tutorial rooms and design teams. Cisco states a 90-day limited liability warranty.
Boardrooms and training rooms: Room Kit EQ and EQX
Room Kit EQ (CS-KIT-EQ-K9) bundles the AI-powered Codec EQ, the Quad Camera and a table-stand Room Navigator. It drives up to three screens, and four PoE++ ports with a 90W budget power cameras, the Navigator and Cisco IP microphones. It connects up to 8 Cisco IP microphones and up to 3 Room Vision PTZ cameras over IP, which suits council chambers, boardrooms and training rooms. Integrators can buy the Codec EQ on its own.
Room Kit EQX (CS-KIT-EQX-K9) is the complete wall system: Codec EQ, an integrated Quad Camera, six loudspeakers, a bass unit and a Room Navigator in one frame. You supply dual 65" to 75" screens. Cisco states a 1-year limited liability warranty for EQX and 90 days for Room Kit EQ.

Room Navigator: control and room booking
The Room Navigator is a 10.1" touch panel powered by a single PoE cable. Inside the room it starts meetings, shares content and controls the video device; outside, the wall-mount version (CS-T10-WM-L-K9) shows availability with a 360-degree LED and supports check-in to release no-show rooms. Both versions have temperature, humidity and air quality sensors. Cisco states room booking is licence-free when the Navigator is paired with a Cisco video device; a standalone booking panel registered to Webex Cloud needs a Room Navigator licence. Spare table units: First Light and Carbon Black.
