YL-CM20

The Yealink CM20 is an AI-powered beamforming ceiling microphone with 16 omnidirectional capsules in 8 independent pickup zones, covering a 4-metre radius (3 m high-quality full duplex) from a low-profile 80 mm housing. Built-in DSP, AI noise reduction and reverberation suppression make it plug-and-play with Yealink MVC, MeetingBar and MeetingBoard systems over a single PoE cable.

ARC IP Networks supplies the genuine Yealink CM20 in Australia with manufacturer's warranty and GST invoice.

Yealink CM20 overview

The CM20 moves voice pickup to the ceiling for medium and large rooms, divisible rooms and boardrooms where table microphones are impractical. Its 16-microphone array with beamforming gives 8 pickup zones and EQ tuned for human voice, with a measured STIPA of 0.78 at a 3.2 m radius at 2.8 m mounting height.

AI Dynamic Noise Reduction and AI Reverberation Suppression adapt to the room, and the integrated DSP with internal AEC means no external audio processor is required with Yealink systems. It is Microsoft Teams certified and pairs with CS10 network ceiling speakers for a complete ceiling audio solution; a MeetingBar A40 or MeetingBoard Pro can run up to four CM20 units.

The 223 mm, 615 g unit has a detachable magnetic mesh cover (white supplied, black optional), is plenum rated (UL 2043) for air-handling spaces, and mounts on ceiling tiles with the included bracing bridge or on optional poles and suspension kits. Power and data come over one PoE (802.3af class 3) connection.
