Yealink RoomCast E2 overview

RoomCast E2 lets anyone share to the room display in seconds without cables or dongles on every laptop. Native AirPlay and Miracast cover Apple and Windows devices, YeaCast covers the rest, and a one-click Yealink Pod gives near-zero latency for presenters, with up to four sources shown side by side.

The Android 14 platform adds AES 256-bit encryption and a dual Wi-Fi 6 architecture that stays stable and interference-resistant with several users casting at once. When the room is idle, YMCS digital signage pushes images and video to the display with one-touch distribution.

In BYOD rooms it pairs with Yealink pods, displays, USB video bars, cameras and microphones for lightweight deployments with AI meeting features. It mounts behind the display or on a desk, is powered by PoE or DC, and is managed centrally through YMCS with task push and smart diagnostics.
