Professional overview

The Hikvision DS-2XM6726G1-ID is a 2 MP mobile dome network camera from Hikvision’s Intelligent Vehicle Solutions range. It is built for buses, coaches, metros, trams and emergency vehicles, where cameras must handle constant vibration, wide temperature swings and passenger tampering. This model uses a 2.8 mm fixed lens with a 105° horizontal field of view.

A 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor delivers 1920 × 1080 video at up to 30 fps with H.265+ compression, 120 dB WDR and IR up to 30 m. A built-in microphone records cabin audio, and the onboard microSD slot holds up to 256 GB as local backup to the mobile recorder. The low-profile 110 × 57.4 mm metal dome adjusts −30° to +30° in pan, 0° to 75° in tilt and 360° in rotation.

Beyond line crossing, intrusion and region rules, the camera supports transit-specific analytics: passenger congestion detection in carriages and detection of articles and people left behind. It supports ONVIF Profile S, G and T, ISAPI and SDK, and up to 8 simultaneous live view channels.

The -ID version connects over RJ45 and runs on 9–36 VDC or 802.3af PoE (max. 7.5 W). It is rated IP67 and IK10, operates from −30 °C to 75 °C, and carries EN 50155, EN 45545 and E-Mark approvals. It comes with the full Hikvision manufacturer’s warranty. Australian stock from ARC IP Networks.
