The UniFi Access G3 Starter Kit Pro in depth
Complete entry and exit control for one door
The G3 Starter Kit Pro is built to manage a single door with a reader for entry and a reader for exit. The box contains one Door Hub, one G3 Reader Pro, one G3 Reader and two Pocket Keyfobs. It is managed through UniFi Access, and 10 free 1-year Touch Passes are included, giving you a way to start issuing credentials straight away.
Door Hub
The Door Hub supports 1 door and a maximum of 6,000 users. It offers (5) 10/100/1000 Base-T networking ports and a PoE++ input, along with (4) PoE outputs at 50V DC, 30W per port (max 45W aggregated). Input terminals cover door exit request, door position and emergency. Dry and powered output relays are provided for lock and auxiliary connections. The polycarbonate unit includes DIN-rail mounting.
G3 Reader Pro and G3 Reader
The G3 Reader Pro has a 120 mm (4.7") diagonal capacitive touch display in portrait orientation, a 2MP camera, a proximity sensor and a 1.5W speaker. The G3 Reader is the compact companion with a 0.7W speaker and proximity sensor. Both are rated IP55, support BLE and NFC at 13.56 MHz, and are powered over PoE. Both include gang-box mounting hardware.
Pocket Keyfobs
Two Pocket Keyfobs are supplied. Each weighs 16 g, uses NFC at 13.56 MHz with MIFARE DESFire EV3 4K, and has an IP54 rating. The enclosure combines polycarbonate, stainless steel and silicone rubber.
