The TP-Link Tapo RV30C Mop is a LiDAR navigation robot vacuum and mop with up to 4200 Pa suction across four levels, an H11 HEPA filter, a 400 ml dustbin and a 300 ml water tank with three electronically controlled water levels. LiDAR and gyroscope navigation map your home, store maps for multiple floors and support virtual walls, no-go zones and zone cleaning, all from the Tapo app, Alexa or Google Home.

Tapo RV30C Mop overview

The Tapo RV30C Mop is TP-Link's LiDAR navigation robot vacuum and mop. On the vacuum side it offers four suction levels, Quiet, Standard, Turbo and Max, with suction power up to 4200 Pa. TP-Link says it is designed for a deeper clean that sweeps away debris sandwiched between gaps and dust hidden in carpets. Quiet Mode brings the volume down to 53 dB and suits dust and hair; Standard Mode balances suction power and battery life for daily cleaning at 60 dB; Turbo Mode pulls larger particles out of carpets; and the robot automatically boosts to Max Mode when it encounters carpet for a deeper clean.

Filtration and maintenance features include an H11 HEPA filter that TP-Link says captures 99.9% of allergens as small as 0.3 microns, a floating suction mouth that sticks closely to the floor to remove dust in gaps, and a detachable main brush that makes tangled hair easier to clean off. The dustbin holds 400 ml and has dustbin detection. For mopping, the RV30C Mop uses electric water flow control with three water levels and a 300 ml water tank, with a mop cloth mount and two washable mop cloths in the box.

Navigation is handled by a LiDAR and gyroscope dual system that TP-Link calls the brain of the robot. It accurately maps your home in minutes, avoids missed and repeated cleaning, and works well in the dark. Obstacle avoidance uses LiDAR, anti-drop protection is built in, and it can climb barriers up to 20 mm. Multi-floor mapping recognises different floors with three locally stored maps. In the Tapo app you can track the robot in real time, schedule cleaning, set virtual walls and no-go zones, clean specific zones, and turn on a child and pet lock. Recharge and resume is supported.

Voice control works with Alexa and Google Home, and multilanguage voice reporting keeps you informed in real time. The robot measures 342.2 x 341.8 x 95 mm and has a 3200 mAh battery. It connects over IEEE 802.11b/g/n on the 2.4 GHz band only, with Bluetooth 4.2 used only for onboarding. Rated input is 100-240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with a maximum charging consumption of 12.6 W and a maximum working consumption of 45 W. In the box are the robot, charging base, mop cloth mount, power adapter, two washable mop cloths, two HEPA filters, two side brushes, a cleaning brush and the user manual.
