The TP-Link Archer T600UB Nano is an AC600 dual-band nano USB adapter that adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 through one USB 2.0 port: up to 433 Mbps on 5 GHz (802.11ac) and up to 200 Mbps on 2.4 GHz (802.11n), WPA/WPA2/WPA3 encryption, and support for Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 and 7 for Wi-Fi.

Archer T600UB Nano overview

The Archer T600UB Nano is TP-Link's AC600 nano Wi-Fi Bluetooth USB adapter. In a single tiny USB 2.0 device measuring 15.7 x 7.4 x 19.2 mm, it combines dual-band Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2, as TP-Link's package listing describes it. On the Wi-Fi side it supports IEEE 802.11ac, 802.11a, 802.11n, 802.11g and 802.11b across the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands, using an omnidirectional antenna. Modulation covers DBPSK, DQPSK, CCK, OFDM, 16-QAM, 64-QAM and 256-QAM, and the adapter works in ad-hoc or infrastructure mode.

TP-Link lists its signal rates band by band, all as dynamic rates. On 5 GHz the adapter reaches up to 433 Mbps with 802.11ac, up to 150 Mbps with 802.11n and up to 54 Mbps with 802.11a. On 2.4 GHz it reaches up to 200 Mbps with 802.11n, up to 54 Mbps with 802.11g and up to 11 Mbps with 802.11b. Reception sensitivity on 5 GHz ranges from -90 dBm (11a 6 Mbps) to -56 dBm (11ac VHT80 MCS9), and on 2.4 GHz from -96 dBm (11b 1 Mbps) to -66 dBm (11n HT40 MCS7); the full table is in the specifications below.

Security support covers the WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 encryption standards. System requirements differ slightly between the two radios: Wi-Fi is supported on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 and 7, and Bluetooth on Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7. If you are adding the adapter to an older Windows PC, check the version against these lists before ordering. The package includes a resource CD and a quick installation guide alongside the adapter itself. The adapter carries CE and FCC certification.

TP-Link rates the Archer T600UB Nano for operation from 0 °C to 40 °C and storage from -40 °C to 70 °C, with operating humidity of 10% to 90% and storage humidity of 5% to 90%, non-condensing. If you are choosing between TP-Link's nano USB adapters, the comparison below sets the Archer T600UB Nano beside the Archer TX20U Nano using TP-Link's published specifications for each: the TX20U Nano is an AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 adapter, while the T600UB Nano is the AC600 model that adds Bluetooth. ARC IP Networks supplies the Archer T600UB Nano from Australian stock with the full manufacturer's warranty.
