Yealink's Bluetooth headsets: the BH71 is a light mono headset for mobile and hybrid workers (Pro version with a charging case and BT51 dongle, Workstation version with a desk base that also connects to a desk phone); the BH72 is a stereo headband with a busy light and noise-cancelling microphones but no active noise cancelling, not in our current range; the BH76 Plus is the premium stereo headset with hybrid active noise cancelling and a four-microphone array. For most Australian office and hybrid workers we recommend the BH76 Plus; for field staff, the BH71 Pro.

How to choose
Field, sales and site staff: BH71 Pro
The BH71 Pro is the headset that lives in a pocket. The charging case tops it up between calls, the BT51 dongle gives a reliable link to a laptop and it pairs to a mobile at the same time. One ear stays free, which suits people on the move.
Desk-based staff who also use a mobile: BH71 Workstation
The Workstation version adds a desk base that connects to a Yealink desk phone as well as the PC and mobile, so one headset answers all three.
Open-plan and hybrid workers: BH76 Plus
Hybrid active noise cancelling blocks the office hum for the wearer, and the four-microphone array keeps the wearer's voice clear for the caller. Bluetooth 5.3, UC and Teams-certified versions, and an optional charge stand that doubles as a desk dock make it the standard-issue headset for laptop-first workers.
Where the BH72 fits
The BH72 is Yealink's mid-range stereo headset: busy light, dual-microphone noise cancelling, long battery, but no active noise cancelling. It is not part of our current range; the BH76 Plus covers the same users with ANC added.
Bluetooth or DECT?
Bluetooth reaches about 10 metres from the laptop or phone and is the right choice for people who move between devices and places. DECT headsets (WH63, WH64) reach across an office from a desk base and connect to a desk phone natively. See our headset guide and WH series comparison.
