The Siklu MultiHaul TG T265 terminal unit in depth

Where the T265 fits

MultiHaul TG is Siklu's Terragraph-certified 60 GHz system for gigabit fixed wireless and smart-city networks. Distribution nodes such as the N366 are mounted on poles or rooftops and mesh with each other, while terminal units connect each building. Because the mesh self-organises and reroutes around failures, it suits dense neighbourhoods and campuses where trenching fibre is too slow or costly. The T265 is the multiport terminal unit, built for business sites that need more than one connection.

Three ports and PoE-out

ETH1 is a 2.5/1 GbE RJ-45 port for PoE-in. A second RJ-45 port supplies 802.3bt PoE-out of up to 63 W with the AC injector (66 W with a DC injector), enough for a PTZ camera or Wi-Fi access point. An SFP+ port gives a 10GbE fibre handoff to the customer's equipment. The included injector is 60 W; full PoE-out needs Siklu's optional 90 W injector.

Capacity

The current Siklu by Ceragon datasheet rates this part (MH-T265-CCP-PoE-MWB) at up to 1,900 Mbps full duplex, and Ceragon lists 1.9 Gbps and 240 m for the T265. Siklu's 2021 datasheet rated it at 1,000 Mbps. Contact us if your design depends on the higher figure.

Installation

The T265 is plug-and-play: it registers at the serving distribution node, aligns its 90° beam-forming antenna automatically and inherits the node's RF parameters. The supplied mount gives ±10° of tilt; the optional EH-MK-SM extends that to ±60°.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the Siklu MultiHaul TG T265 terminal unit from the ARC IP Networks team. Last reviewed October 2026.

It is the Siklu MultiHaul TG T265, a Terragraph-certified 60 GHz terminal unit with 2.5GbE PoE-in, 1GbE PoE-out and SFP+ 10GbE ports that connects to MultiHaul TG nodes such as the N366.

MultiHaul TG is Siklu's Terragraph-certified 60 GHz platform. N366 distribution nodes cover 360° and mesh with each other, and terminal units such as the T260, T265 and T280 connect homes, businesses and cameras to the nearest node. The L2 SDN mesh reroutes around a failed site automatically.

Siklu's 2021 datasheet rated the T265 at 1,000 Mbps. The current Siklu by Ceragon datasheet rates the same part number at up to 1,900 Mbps full duplex, and Ceragon lists 1.9 Gbps. Ask us to confirm for your order if it matters to your design.

Yes. One RJ-45 port supplies 802.3bt PoE-out of up to 63 W with Siklu's AC injector. Full PoE-out needs the optional 90 W injector, as the 60 W injector in the box covers the radio itself and smaller loads.

MultiHaul TG distribution nodes: N366/N367, N265, N880 and N892, according to the current datasheet.

Yes. Australia's ACMA opened the 60 GHz band to outdoor point-to-multipoint use in 2018. MultiHaul TG runs in licence-free 60 GHz spectrum, so there are no per-link licence fees.
