The Siklu MultiHaul TG T260 terminal unit in depth

Where the T260 fits

MultiHaul TG is Siklu's Terragraph-certified 60 GHz system for gigabit fixed wireless and smart-city networks. Distribution nodes such as the N366 are mounted on poles or rooftops and mesh with each other, while terminal units connect each building. Because the mesh self-organises and reroutes around failures, it suits dense neighbourhoods and campuses where trenching fibre is too slow or costly. The T260 is the compact single-port terminal unit in that family.

Auto-connect installation

Siklu designed the T260 so a T260 within 400 m of the network connects automatically when pointed in the general direction of a node: no laptop, phone or alignment tool is needed. Its antenna scans 90° horizontally and ±12° vertically, with ±20° of mechanical elevation adjustment on the mount.

Capacity and power

The T260 delivers up to 1 Gbps symmetric over a single Gigabit RJ-45 port. It draws 11 W from 802.3af PoE, and an indoor PoE supply is in the box.

Current range

Ceragon lists the T260 as field proven at 1 Gbps and 240 m. For new deployments that need more ports or capacity, compare it with the T265.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the Siklu MultiHaul TG T260 terminal unit from the ARC IP Networks team. Last reviewed October 2026.

It is the Siklu MultiHaul TG T260, a compact Terragraph-certified 60 GHz terminal unit that connects to an N36x node at up to 1 Gbps symmetric, with a self-aligning 90° antenna and one PoE Gigabit port.

MultiHaul TG is Siklu's Terragraph-certified 60 GHz platform. N366 distribution nodes cover 360° and mesh with each other, and terminal units such as the T260, T265 and T280 connect homes, businesses and cameras to the nearest node. The L2 SDN mesh reroutes around a failed site automatically.

Ceragon lists 240 m for the T260, and Siklu says a T260 within 400 m of the network connects automatically. Range depends on rain, line of sight and the capacity needed.

No. The T260 is a MultiHaul TG (Terragraph) unit that connects to N36x nodes. The first-generation T200 and T201 connect to the MultiHaul Base Unit.

The unit with mounting kit attached, metal bands, an all-weather shell, an indoor PoE supply with AC cable, a grounding cable and a quick start guide.

Yes. Australia's ACMA opened the 60 GHz band to outdoor point-to-multipoint use in 2018. MultiHaul TG runs in licence-free 60 GHz spectrum, so there are no per-link licence fees.
