Cisco FL-VPERF-8P-200= at a glance

The Cisco FL-VPERF-8P-200= is the IPsec performance (VPERF) licence for Cisco ISR 1100 8-port routers (C110x and C111x models). It adds 200 Mbps of IPsec performance on top of the 50 Mbps provided by the SEC licence, giving up to 250 Mbps of encrypted throughput; for unlimited IPsec performance Cisco offers the HSEC licence instead.

ARC IP Networks is a Cisco Registered Partner in Australia. We supply the genuine Cisco FL-VPERF-8P-200= through Cisco's authorised Australian distribution, with a GST tax invoice on every order.

Best for

  • Raising IPsec VPN throughput on an ISR 1100 8-port
  • Markets where HSEC export licences are not available
  • Branch VPN that needs more than the SEC licence's 50 Mbps

Key features

Adds 200 Mbps of IPsec performance on Cisco ISR 1100 8-port routers.

VPERF limits IPsec performance to 250 Mbps on 8 LAN port devices.

The SEC licence alone provides up to 50 Mbps IPsec performance.

Applicable on C110x and C111x models; not applicable on C1109 -2PLTE models.

Cisco's Japanese playbook positions the Performance licence for countries subject to US crypto export controls; HSEC removes the limit entirely.

Performance (VPERF) and HSEC licences are not prerequisites for each other; buy one or the other.

A single Cisco IOS XE Universal image is delivered with the router; features are enabled by activating a right-to-use licence.

What this licence does

The ISR 1100 shapes encrypted traffic according to its licences. The SEC licence provides up to 50 Mbps of IPsec; VPERF adds 200 Mbps on 8-port models, for a ceiling of 250 Mbps. HSEC, sold separately, removes the limit.

Platform lifecycle

The C1111 Ethernet models (C1111-4P, C1111-8P, C1111X-8P) reached end-of-sale on 28 July 2026, with last date of support 31 July 2031 and IOS XE 17.18 as the last supported release; Cisco names the ISR 1121 Series as the migration path. This licence part number is not itself listed in that notice.
