Mobile Router FAQ — DWM-3010

What is the DWM-3010?

The D-Link DWM-3010 is a 5g nr m2m dual sim industrial gateway — a mobile-broadband-first router that accepts a SIM for 4G LTE or 5G NR connectivity.

Which SIM carriers does the DWM-3010 work with?

The DWM-3010 is unlocked — any Australian 4G/5G carrier SIM (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and their MVNOs) is supported, subject to the carrier bands listed in the specs table.

Can the DWM-3010 be used as a backup for fixed-line internet?

Yes. Many D-Link mobile routers support WAN failover — fixed-line Ethernet as primary with automatic cut-over to mobile when the primary link fails.

How many devices can connect to the DWM-3010?

Refer to the specs table on this page for the exact concurrent-client figure — typically 32 to 64 Wi-Fi clients plus additional Ethernet devices where a LAN port is present.

What warranty does the DWM-3010 include?

D-Link ships the DWM-3010 with a 3-Year Limited Warranty. ARC IP Networks handles warranty claims locally in Australia.
