The Cisco DP-9861-K9= in depth

One phone for every Cisco calling platform

The Desk Phone 9861 runs PhoneOS, so the same device registers to Cisco Unified CM 12.5 or later, Webex Calling, Webex Dedicated Instance, BroadWorks or Asterisk. It combines calling, meetings, desk booking and emergency notifications in one phone.

Clearer calls with AI audio

The 9861 removes background noise from what the far end hears and from incoming audio, and extends narrowband PSTN audio to wideband. Webex users also get live captions, in-meeting summaries and in-call transcription on the screen.

Built for flexible desks

Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.2 are built in (the DP-9861NR is the no-radio version), along with a Gigabit PC port, USB-A and USB-C. Hot desking, desk reservation and an action button for alerts or paging suit shared offices.
