The Cisco CP-HS-WL-561-S-EU= in depth

Wireless freedom for desk phone users

The Headset 561 is the single-ear wireless model of the Cisco Headset 500 Series. It uses DECT to roam up to 100 metres from its base with on-ear call controls, and automatically answers when lifted from the base and ends the call when docked.

Standard base, all cables in the box

The Standard base station supports one connection at a time and ships with a USB-A cable and an RJ9/11 Y cable for Cisco IP phones. Bluetooth is not supported on the Standard base; that requires the Multibase version.

The right band for Australia

Cisco's -EU part numbers cover the frequency band for Europe, the U.K., Asia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, which is why this SKU is the one for Australian sites.
