Yealink DECT Cordless Phone Bundle FAQ — W76P

What is the W76P?

The Yealink W76P is a Yealink DECT starter bundle — combining a Yealink W70B DECT IP base station with a matched cordless handset in a single SKU. Designed for single-extension cordless deployments where one handset and one base station are needed up-front; expandable to additional handsets later.

What's in the box?

A W70B DECT IP base station (supports up to 10 handsets total) plus the bundle's designated cordless handset (W73H, W56H, W57R, W59R, or W78H depending on the bundle SKU). Power adapter, Ethernet cable, charger cradle for the handset, and quick-start guide are also included.

Can I add more handsets later?

Yes. The W70B base in this bundle supports up to 10 simultaneously registered Yealink DECT handsets. Add additional W56H, W57R, W59R, W73H, W76H, W78H, or W59R Pro handsets as the user count grows — no need to replace the base.

Does the W76P need a separate power supply?

PoE 802.3af is supported on the W70B base for single-cable deployment from a PoE switch. An external 5 V AC adapter is also included in the box for sites without PoE.

How is the W76P managed?

Standalone via web GUI, on-premise central management via Yealink Device Management Platform (YDMP), or cloud-managed via Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS). Auto-provisioning supported over TFTP / FTP / HTTP / HTTPS / RPS / PnP.

Is this a multi-cell system?

No. The W76P is a single-cell starter bundle. For multi-cell DECT coverage with seamless roaming across multiple bases, see the W80B (up to 30 bases) or W90B (up to 60 bases, with W90DM manager).

What warranty does the W76P include?

Yealink standard manufacturer warranty applies. ARC IP Networks handles warranty claims locally in Australia.

Professional Overview

The Yealink W76P is a Yealink DECT starter bundle combining a W70B DECT IP base station with a matched cordless handset, ready to deploy out of the box. Designed for single-extension cordless deployments where one base + one handset cover the day-one requirement; expandable to up to 10 simultaneously registered handsets per W70B base as the user count grows.

The bundled handset (W73H, W56H, W57R, W59R, W77P, or W78H depending on the bundle SKU) is a Yealink DECT 6.0 handset with HD voice, full-duplex speakerphone, and noise reduction. The included W70B base supports up to 20 simultaneous calls and 10 SIP accounts.

Management runs on Yealink’s standardised toolchain: auto-provisioning via TFTP / FTP / HTTP / HTTPS / RPS / PnP, OTA handset upgrades with No-Perception Upgrade, centralised admin via Yealink Device Management Platform (YDMP) on-premise or Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS) cloud. Security covers TLS, SRTP, HTTPS, OpenVPN, AES configuration encryption.

The W76P is genuine Australian-stocked product through ARC IP Networks. Local warranty handling and pre-sales consultation on DECT site survey, additional handset add-ons, and accessory pairing are included. Bulk-deployment quotes available on request.
