Professional Overview

The HiLook by Hikvision NVR-104MH-C/4P is a powerful and compact 4-channel Network Video Recorder designed to be the central hub for small to medium-sized IP video surveillance systems. Capable of handling up to 4 IP camera inputs, this NVR delivers impressive decoding capability, supporting 1-channel at a stunning 4K resolution or 4-channels at 1080P, ensuring crystal-clear live viewing and playback of your security footage.

A key feature of the NVR-104MH-C/4P is its four independent Power over Ethernet (PoE) network interfaces. This simplifies installation significantly, as a single Ethernet cable can provide both power and data to compatible IP cameras, eliminating the need for separate power supplies and reducing cabling complexity. It boasts a substantial 40Mbps incoming bandwidth for smooth recording and an 80Mbps outgoing bandwidth for efficient remote access and playback.

The NVR utilizes advanced H.265+ compression technology, which dramatically reduces bandwidth and storage requirements compared to previous standards without compromising video quality. This efficiency allows for longer recording times on the single SATA interface, which supports up to an 8TB HDD. The HDMI output supports resolutions up to 4K, providing a high-definition viewing experience on compatible monitors.

Housed in a durable 1U metal chassis, the NVR-104MH-C/4P is built for reliability in various operating environments. It is an ideal solution for homes, small businesses, and retail locations requiring a robust, scalable, and easy-to-manage surveillance system. Compatible with the wide range of HiLook and Hikvision IP cameras, this NVR offers a cost-effective and high-performance foundation for comprehensive IP video security.
